Important Safety Information — GLP-1 (Semaglutide / Tirzepatide)
GLP-1 medications may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, gallbladder issues, pancreatitis, and (rarely) thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use if you or a family member have a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Tell your clinician about all medications and conditions before starting treatment. Stop use and seek care immediately for severe abdominal pain, vision changes, or signs of an allergic reaction.
