DirectRxCare is a technology and patient-support platform. We do not practice medicine, prescribe medications, or fill prescriptions. All medical consultations, clinical decisions and prescriptions are provided by independent, licensed provider groups.
DirectRxCare works with the following independent provider groups. Each group engages its own licensed clinicians, sets its own clinical policies, and decides whether treatment is appropriate for each patient.
An independent provider group whose licensed clinicians evaluate patients, determine eligibility, and issue prescriptions only where treatment is appropriate.

Which provider group and clinician treats you depends on your state of residence and your location at the time of care, because medical licensure is state-specific.
Provider licenses and credentials for each state are verified by the provider groups. License and credential information is available on request by emailing care@directrxcare.com, or through each provider group's website.
DirectRxCare does not currently offer services in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Vermont until individual provider licenses for those states are posted publicly. Services are available only within the United States.
If a provider issues a prescription, it is filled by a third-party, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy selected by the treating provider group. Medication labels identify the dispensing pharmacy, not DirectRxCare.
